Abstract
Purpose: This study examines the effect of developing in-service training on the job empowerment of Nezaja employees with the role of motivation as a mediator in the applicability of the Second Step of the Revolution statement.
Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection method, and quantitative in nature. The time frame of the study is 1403. The statistical sample of the study was selected from among Nezaja employees according to the Cochran formula in an unlimited population, in the first stage based on cluster sampling and in the second stage, available random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, the content validity of which was confirmed by professors and experts, and the construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis and reliability through Cronbach's alpha values. Then, based on the obtained data, the fit of the research model based on confirmatory factor analysis was first examined, and the structural equation modeling method was used to test the hypotheses using Smart PLS software.
Finding: Based on the results obtained, the development of in-service training has a positive and significant effect on the motivation and job empowerment of employees, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on the job empowerment of employees in Nzaja. Finally, considering the mediating role of motivation, these three categories should be addressed simultaneously and systematically in order to achieve organizational effectiveness.
