The participants included managers, experts, and professors in this field, and a sample of 14 people was selected through a purposive sampling method.Data were collected through exploratory semi-structured interviews. Content validity was ensured through expert review, and the reliability of the analysis was confirmed by an inter-coder agreement coefficient of 0.75. The employee productivity model with an emphasis on workplace spirituality was developed using a thematic analysis approach.

Conclusion: The innovative contribution of this study lies in proposing a coherent model that explains the relationship between employee productivity and workplace spirituality in light of the operational and command-related requirements of military organizations.. This model enhances combat readiness, operational effectiveness, and the organizational capability of forces, while strengthening unit cohesion and the efficiency of assigned missions.
