The Quarterly Journal of Intelligent Management of Human Capital is a peer-reviewed, open access scientific journal that adopts an interdisciplinary and forward-looking approach. It seeks to publish original research results on human capital issues, including the development of ideas, theories, models, future roadmaps, strategic plans, programs, and intelligent systems based on big data for effective decision-making in human capital management at national and international levels. The journal focuses on scientific articles in key areas such as monitoring, recruitment and selection, performance management, development and excellence, retention, and intelligent sustainability of human capital. It emphasizes data-driven approaches and the integration of convergent technologies, particularly information technology (including artificial intelligence, machine learning, network analysis, interactive data analytics, cloud computing, and mixed reality such as virtual and augmented reality), cognitive science, and biotechnological sciences. As an open access publication, all articles are freely available under a Creative Commons license to promote global knowledge sharing. The journal was established in the fall of 2023, in accordance with Circular No. 11-25685 dated 09/10/2023 from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and is published quarterly with a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high-quality, original research.
