فراترکیب مدیریت چالش‌های اخلاقی هوش مصنوعی در منابع انسانی: ارائه یک چارچوب جامع

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی، واکاوی و ترکیب راهکارهای مقابله با چالش‌های اخلاقی کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت منابع انسانی انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: با بهره‌گیری از روش فراترکیب، مطالعه‌ای نظام‌مند روی منابع علمی معتبر بین‌المللی صورت گرفت که از میان 113 مقاله اولیه، نهایتاً 27 مقاله با کیفیت بالا انتخاب و مورد تحلیل عمیق قرار گرفت. روش تحلیل مضمون برای شناسایی موضوعات کلیدی استفاده شد و سپس تکنیک آنتروپی شانون برای رتبه‌بندی و تعیین اهمیت نسبی مضامین به کار گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل مضمون منجر به شناسایی سه مضمون اصلی گردید: زیرساخت‌های نظام‌مند اخلاق دیجیتال با مضامین فرعی مکانیزم‌های حاکمیت اخلاقی هوش مصنوعی، زیرساخت‌های فنی تضمین کیفیت الگوریتمی و سیستم‌های یکپارچه محافظت از داده‌های حساس، سازوکارهای توسعه توانمندی‌های انسان-محور شامل رویکردهای توانمندسازی و توسعه قابلیت‌های دیجیتال و چارچوب تصمیم‌گیری مشارکتی انسان-محور، و مکانیزم‌های تضمین عدالت و پاسخگویی سیستمی شامل مکانیزم‌های ارتقای عدالت الگوریتمی و فراگیری و سازوکارهای شفافیت و پاسخگویی نظام‌مند. آنتروپی کل محاسبه شده 0.9156 توزیع متعادل و پراکندگی مناسب مضامین را تأیید کرد.
نتیجه‌گیری: ارزش و نوآوری این پژوهش در ارائه چارچوبی جامع برای چالش‌های اخلاقی هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت منابع انسانی است که بر چارچوب تصمیم‌گیری مشارکتی انسان-محور، زیرساخت‌های فنی تضمین کیفیت الگوریتمی و مکانیزم‌های ارتقای عدالت الگوریتمی به عنوان مهم‌ترین راهکارها تأکید می‌کند. این چارچوب با تمرکز بر همکاری هوشمند انسان و ماشین، امکان بهره‌مندی اخلاق‌مدار از هوش مصنوعی در منابع انسانی را فراهم می‌سازد.
