تبیین نقش فناوری در استعدادیابی ورزشی عراق مبتنی بر مدل گاگنه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش فناوری در استعدادیابی ورزشی عراق مبتنی بر پنج مولفه استعدادیابی مدل گاگنه انجام شد.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل تماتیک انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ی پژوهش شامل ۱۵ متخصص استعدادیابی ورزشی از سه شهر پیشرو در حوزه ورزش عراق، یعنی بغداد، اربیل و بصره بود، که به‌روش هدفمند در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته مبتنی بر مدل گاگنه گردآوری و براساس شش مرحله براون و کلارک تحلیل شدند. اعتبار پژوهش از طریق بررسی عضو و وابستگی از طریق کدگذاری مستقل با ضریب توافق بالای 75% تأمین گردید.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به استخراج 110 تم پایه، 12 تم سازمان‌دهنده و 4 تم فراگیر شد. تم‌های فراگیر شامل ابزارهای سنجش اولیه، سامانه‌های توسعه، کاتالیزورهای روانی-انگیزشی و زیرساخت‌های نهادی بودند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که در بستر عراق، فناوری نقش مکمل برای قضاوت مربیان ایفا می‌کند و مربیان با خلاقیت در محدودیت، از ابزارهای ساده به‌صورت سیستماتیک استفاده می‌کنند.
نتیجه‌گیری: در نهایت پژوهش حاضر چارچوب چهارلایه تعاملی برای درک نقش فناوری در استعدادیابی ارائه کرد که نشان داد در بسترهای کم‌منبع، موفقیت نه در پیچیدگی تکنولوژی، بلکه در نظم و خلاقیت کاربرد آن نهفته است. این چارچوب مدل گاگنه را با افزودن بعد تعاملی و زمینه‌ای گسترش می‌دهد.
