طراحی مدل ارتقاء بهره‌وری کارکنان با تأکید بر معنویت در محیط کار با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون

چکیده
زمینه و هدف:  تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل ارتقاء بهره وری کارکنان با تاکید بر معنویت در محیط کار در دستگاه های دولتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (نظامی) انجام شد.



روش: تحقیق حاضر از جنبه هدف کاربردی و از جنبه رویکرد کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. مشارکت کنندگان شامل مدیران ، صاحب نظران و اساتید این حوزه بوده که نمونه 14 نفر به روش هدفمند انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته اکتشافی بود که روایی آن با تأیید متخصصان تضمین شد و پایایی تحلیل نیز با ضریب توافق 0.75 میان دو کدگذار مناسب ارزیابی گردید.



یافته ها: تحلیل داده‌ها در چهار مرحله انجام شد و به شامل5 مضامین فراگیر، 15 مضامین سازنده ، 90 مضامین پایه و 204 کدهای اولیه انجامید.



نتیجه گیری: نوآوری این تحقیق در ارائه مدلی منسجم در تبیین رابطه بهره‌وری کارکنان و معنویت در محیط کار با توجه به اقتضائات عملیاتی و فرماندهی دستگاه های نظامی است. این مدل منجر به افزایش آمادگی رزمی، اثربخشی عملیاتی و توان مقابله سازمانی نیروها می‌شود و انسجام واحدها و کارایی مأموریت‌های محوله را تقویت می‌کند.
