مفهوم‌پردازی جبران خدمات بر مبنای بازی‌وارسازی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، مفهوم‌پردازی جبران خدمات مبتنی بر بازی‌وارسازی است.
روش­ پژوهش: این مطالعه در دو فاز کیفی اجرا شد: فاز نخست با رویکرد داده‌بنیاد و با هدف تبیین جبران خدمات، از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۰ نفر از خبرگان انجام گرفت. فاز دوم نیز با هدف بسط مدل حاصل، با روش نگاشت شناختی بازی‌وارسازی (بر پایه مدل چو) و مشارکت ۸ نفر از خبره‌های این حوزه پیاده شد. نمونه‌گیری در هر دو مرحله به روش گلوله‌برفی و بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری انجام پذیرفت.
یافته­ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که در فاز نخست، الگوی پارادایمی جبران خدمات تدوین گردید و مؤلفه‌های «عاطفی و ارتباطی»، «اجرایی و جبرانی» و «اطلاعاتی و رویه‌ای» به عنوان پدیده محوری شناسایی شدند. در فاز دوم، پیاده‌سازی این پدیده بر بستر بازی‌وارسازی با بهره‌گیری از ۸ رانه "معنای حماسی و ندای درون"، "پیشرفت و دستاورد"، "توانایی بروز خلاقیت و بازخورد"، "مالکیت و تصاحب"، "نفوذ اجتماعی و وابستگی"، "کمیابی و بی‌صبری"، "پیش‌بینی‌ناپذیری و کنجکاوی" و "ضرر و پیشگیری" انگیزشی و در قالب ۴ بعد طراحی (زیبایی‌شناسی، زمینه داستانی، فن‌آوری و عناصر) صورت گرفت.
نتیجه­گیری: در نهایت، نتایج حاکی از آن است که دستگاه‌های اجرایی استان کرمانشاه با چالش‌هایی روبرو هستند که موجب ناکارآمدی سیستم‌های جبران خدمات موجود شده است؛ از این‌رو، بازی‌وارسازی به‌عنوان راهکار اصلی برای بهبود و ارتقای جبران خدمات کارکنان معرفی شد.
