زمینه و هدف: باتوجهبه تحولات سریع فناوری و افزایش رقابت در صنعت خودرو، استفاده از هوش مصنوعی بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین محرکهای نوآوری و ارتقاء عملکرد کسبوکار مطرح است. هدف پژوهش بررسی تأثیر قابلیتهای هوش مصنوعی بر عملکرد کسبوکار در صنعت خودروسازی با نقش میانجی نوآوری باز و قابلیتهای پویای مبتنیبر فرآیند بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روششناسی، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارمندان شرکتهای خودروسازی بود که بهروش نمونهگیری هدفمند 130 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه استاندارد بود که روایی آن با استفاده از روایی همگرا و واگرا بررسی و تأیید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز ازطریق آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و مناسب ارزیابی گردید. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار Smart PLS 3.0 و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتهها: قابلیتهای هوش مصنوعی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر نوآوری باز و قابلیتهای پویای مبتنیبر فرآیند دارد. همچنین نوآوری باز و قابلیتهای پویای مبتنیبر فرآیند هر دو تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد کسبوکار در صنعت خودرو دارند. علاوهبر این، نتایج نشان داد که نوآوری باز و قابلیتهای پویای مبتنیبر فرآیند نقش میانجی مؤثری در رابطه میان قابلیتهای هوش مصنوعی و عملکرد کسبوکار دارند. نتیجهگیری: بهرهبرداری از ظرفیتهای هوش مصنوعی نهتنها بهصورت مستقیم، بلکه ازطریق تقویت سازوکارهای نوآوری باز و قابلیتهای پویای فرآیندی، به بهبود عملکرد کسبوکار شرکتهای خودروسازی منجر میشود. این پژوهش نشان میدهد که توسعه راهبردهای مبتنیبر هوش مصنوعی میتواند مسیر جدیدی برای ارتقاء بهرهوری، افزایش انعطافپذیری و کسب مزیت رقابتی پایدار فراهم آورد.
