زمینه و هدف:هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی پیامدهای بهکارگیری مدیریت الگوریتمی در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی در اقتصاد گیگ با رویکرد فراترکیب میباشد. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعهای؛ از لحاظ ماهیت و سبک تحلیل مؤلفهها، جزء پژوهشهای کیفی و براساس جمعآوری دادهها، اسنادی است. از منظر روش انجام پژوهش، تحلیلی- توصیفی است و مؤلفههای پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی فراترکیب هفت مرحلهای ساندلوسکی و باروسو جمعآوری و تحلیل شدهاند. بهمنظور شناسایی پیامدها، پژوهشگران به جستجوی سیستماتیک پژوهشهای انجامشده در 6 پایگاه علمی ساینس دایرکت، امرالد، وایلی، سیج، تیلور اند فرانسیس و پایگاه استنادی اسکوپوس بین سالهای 2010 تا 2024 پرداختند. در بررسیهای اولیه، تعداد 120 منبع یافت شد که پس از طی مراحل غربالگری و اعتبارسنجی و بهرهگیری از ابزار CASPدر نهایت 24 مقاله مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها:در مجموع 2 پیامد اصلی مدیریت الگوریتمی در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی در اقتصاد گیگ شامل پیامدهای مثبت و منفی و 36 پیامد فرعی شناسایی شده است. نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان میدهد مدیریت الگوریتمی در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی در اقتصاد گیگ دارای دو جنبه مثبت و منفی میباشد. از جنبه مثبت، سازمانها با استفاده از فرآیندهای الگوریتمی برای خودکارسازی فعالیتهای مدیریت منابع انسانی موجب بهبود و ارتقاء بخشی از این فعالیتها شدهاند و از جنبه منفی رویکرد مبتنی بر داده، کار را به شکل غیرانسانی تبدیل میکند و الگوریتمها نقشهایی را برعهده میگیرند که بهطور سنتی در اختیار متخصصان منابع انسانی بوده است.
